Meet Dr. Bruce Oliver, DDS, MS, FRCD (c)
Dr. Bruce Oliver has been creating smiles for his patients for over 20 years. He obtained a Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Dental Surgery at McGill University in addition to a Masters of Science and Specialty in Orthodontics from the State University Of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Oliver certified by Invisalign, provides aligner therapy since 2000, as well as traditional metal braces. Passionate about teaching and research, Dr. Oliver authored numerous scientific papers, presenting patient treatments to confreres at International, National, State and Provincial orthodontic conventions. His research has led to a patent of an intra oral orthodontic appliance for molar correction. His greatest joy is interacting with his patients explaining various orthodontic treatment possibilities to improve their SMILE.

Often patients ask me how long will orthodontic treatment take. Of course every individual has specific problems they wish addressed and this can alter the length of treatment but with all the new advances in orthodontic appliances treatment times are becoming significantly shorter. For many patients this means that active treatment time can often be 12 to 18 months.
